I am a mom, who raised three wonderful adults, and I love life. I am also a very curious individual and I love learning. I am very passionate about work/life balance, relationships, diabetes, balancing hormones,
emotional eating disorders, and ADHD/ADD.
I successfully reversed my own diabetes, my own cholesterol levels, and I found so much more joy in so many areas of my life. I am still working toward improving things in my life. I know it is not easy. That is why I want to help others do the things they have always dreamed about doing and to find more joy in their lives. Because I have helped many clients and I know I can help you.

Discover which primary foods you are missing, and how to infuse joy and satisfaction in your life.
1. Place a dot on the line in each category to indicate your level of satisfaction within each area. Place a dot at the center of the circle to indicate dissatisfaction, or on the periphery to indicate satisfaction. Most people fall somewhere in between (see example)
